The Bursch Super Sport Lightweight Exhaust Muffler and Headers with Heat Kit for the Porsche 911 is a high-performance system designed to improve the car's power, sound, and handling. The kit includes a muffler, headers with heat exchangers, S-pipes, and all necessary installation hardware.

Muffler Features

The Bursch 911 Super Sport Lightweight Muffler is engineered for performance and weight reduction. It offers a 10 lb weight savings compared to the stock muffler, which improves acceleration and handling. The muffler's design, which includes 2.5" mandrel-bent stainless-steel tubing and an X-pipe, optimizes exhaust flow to increase horsepower and throttle response. Its sound is aggressive but can be controlled via a vacuum-controlled valve system, allowing for a more subdued note at lower RPMs and a distinct Porsche growl when the engine is pushed. It is a direct bolt-on replacement for 1965-1977 Porsche 911 mufflers and is handmade in Southern California with a lifetime warranty.

Headers and Heat Exchangers

The included Bursch stainless-steel high-performance headers feature proprietary heat exchangers. They are made from durable 16 gauge 304 stainless steel and are a direct replacement for the original heat exchangers on any 911. These headers are dyno-tuned to provide an increase of 10-15 HP over the factory setup. They also include bungs for oxygen sensors and come with all necessary gaskets and hardware for installation.
